The second edition of the PLanning And onTology wOrkshop will be held in the context of the Joint Ontology Workshops Episode XI: The Sicilian Summer under the Etna (JOWO 2025), in conjunction with the 15th International Conference on Formal Ontology in Information Systems (FOIS 2025), 8-12 September 2025, Catania, Italy.

Types of Contribution
- Short papers – 6 pages (including references). These should describe concrete problems, open issues concerning planning and ontology, or methodologies/approaches pointing out the added values of the integration between planning and ontology.
- Long papers – 13 pages (including references). These should report work-in-progress, novel designed technologies or systems relying on the integration of planning and ontology.

Authors of accepted short and full papers will give a talk about their work during the workshop. Accepted papers will be published with CEUR-WS proceedings, under the IAOA series (https://ceur-ws.org/iaoa.html).
Papers should be formatted according to CEUR-WS style. From 2022 onwards, CEUR-WS requires that authors use the new CEUR-ART style for writing papers.
